What is NTrefreshRSA?
This RSA Refresher course has been approved by the NT Government and only applies to hospitality staff working in the Northern Territory
Everybody working in hospitality whether you are a venue owner or glassy, you need to have a current RSA certificate. Legislation requires that certificates are to be renewed or refreshed every 3 years.
If you have a certificate that will expire soon, you can do this refresher course for free and be on your way to work in hospitality in the NT.
Once you have finished the course you will receive a certificate of completion from Hospitality NT that is valid for 3 years.
Who needs to take the test?
If you have been working in hospitality and have previously completed the accredited Responsible Service of Alcohol Certificate Training you are eligible to take this refresher test.
RSA certificates now need to be renewed every three years, working in hospitality without is in breach of the act and could result in serious penalty for you and your employer

This refresher course has come together through a partnership between the Northern Territory Government and Hospitality NT.
It is important that everybody involved in the industry, from regulators, proprietors, and workers understand the role that they play in delivering a responsible, sustainable and vibrant hospitality industry.
